摘  要:目的探讨男性违法青少年的个人情况特点及其人格特点。方法根据一般情况问卷调查、违法性质、面谈及SAVRY评估,将男性服教人员分为有攻击行为组(n=59)和无攻击行为组(n=20)分别进行EPQ测试。结果有攻击行为组与无攻击行为组比较,在年龄、受教育年限、扶养人情况、个人健康状况、家庭类型、经济状况及犯罪类型方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组青少年违法者的EPQ各项得分均高于全国常模,其中攻击行为组与全国常模在EPQ四项指标上的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。无攻击行为组与全国常模在E量表得分上的差异具有统计学意义(t=3.21,P<0.05)。结论男性违法青少年多数具有文化程度低、家庭经济收入低、缺乏父母监管等特点;相对于正常青少年,具有攻击行为的男性青少年多有人格的偏离,其中以冲动和稳定性差最为突出。Objective To explore the personality features of the male juvenile with aggressive behaviors. Methods 79 male juvenile criminals were divided into aggressive group ( n = 59 ) and non-aggressive group ( n = 20 ) by psychiatrists using structured interview for juvenile with mental disorder and the Structured Assessment of Violence Risk in Youth (SAVRY). All subjects were assessed with the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ). Results There were no significant differences in age, years of education, the situation of care-givers, health status, family type, family economic status, type of crime between the two groups (P 〉 0. 05 ). Scores of each item of EPQ in the two groups were higher than those of the national norms. There were significant differences in scores of 4 items of EPQ between the aggressive group and norms ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was significant difference in score of E subscale of EPQ between the non-aggressive group and norms (t = 3.21, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The male delinquent juvenile have some common features including low education level, poor family economy and lack of parental custody etc. The male juvenile with aggressive behaviors have more personality deviation than normals, especially impulse and lack of stability of emotion.
