摘　　要：通过建构多个投标人参与的静态Cournot博弈模型来分析参与各方的竞标行为,分析Nash均衡解的一般特征和投标人的均衡期望收益,最后选择了相应参数,对投标人报价进行了数值模拟。We introduce a formal method of synthesis evaluation of tenders which contains quoted prices,efforts and resources as the factors of evaluation,then,analyze the actions of tenders involved,who take part in this Cournot game,and,finally,get the general features of Nash equilibrium and expected revenue of bidders.Specially,considering the complexity of our formal result,we show some intuitive conclusion about quoted prices influenced by the other factors via the numerical simulation,in which the parameters involved are chosen to consistent with the engineering practice.
