摘 要:本文探讨了用单周控制并网的三相中性点箝位三级逆变器,提出了控制的新方法。每一瞬刻,只需对三只全控型电力电子开关元件作PWM控制,减少了元件的开关损耗,此外,它利用单周控制来实现SPWM,其电路简单,动态性能好。利用这种方法对三相三级PWM并网逆变器电路进行了Matlab/Simulink建模和仿真,得出了输出正弦电流和功率因数接近1的予期结果,证明在原理上是可行的,宜进一步试验验证。A three-phase three-level inverter with neutral point clamped connected to power grid under one-cycle control (OCC) is explored and a new control method is proposed. Only three fully-controlled power electronic switch devices need to act for PWM control at any instant so as to reduce switching loss. In addition, implementation of sine pulse-width modulation (SPWM) with one cycle control causes simpler electric circuit and better dynamic performance. The modeling and simulation for three-phase three-level PWM inverter under one-cycle control is completed with Matlab/Simulink software. The simulation results show that power factor near 1 and three phase sinusoidal currents can be obtained. It verifies that principle of the method is feasible and worthwhile confirmation further in experiment.
