摘 要:目的 观察CIK细胞及LAK细胞对H 2 2荷瘤鼠的抗肿瘤作用。方法 建立H - 2 2荷瘤鼠肿瘤动物模型 ,静脉输入CIK细胞 3周做抗肿瘤治疗 ,同时设LAK对照 ;用同位素法检测经治疗后荷瘤鼠T细胞增殖及NK细胞毒活性。结果 CIK细胞对H 2 2荷瘤鼠的抗肿瘤作用显著强于LAK细胞 (抑瘤率分别是 5 4%vs2 7% ) ;并且CIK疗法的抗肿瘤作用可能与荷瘤鼠T细胞增殖活性增高有关。结论 CIK细胞对H 2Objective To evaluate the anti tumor activity of CIK (cytokine induced killer) cells on Kunming mice bearing H 22 tumor in vivo .Methods CIK cells were injected intravenously into the mice bearing H 22 tumor for 3 weeks and compared with LAK controls in the same time. Results CIK cells had significantly anti tumor effect (the median inhibitory rate was 54%) which was much higher than that of LAK cells(the median inhibitory rate was 27.1%); and the later experiment suggested that CIK therapy was correlated with inducing the proliferation of the mice spleen T cells other than the NK cytolytic activity. Conclusion CIK therapy was more effective on mice bearing H 22 tumor in vivo than that of LAK.
