摘　　要：《淮南子》既是先秦以来学术杂家化的正常发展,又是汉初思想融合的产物,其主体思想和儒家思想体系一脉相承,还汲取了道家思想营养,融合了法家思想精髓,综合了诸子百家学说中的精华,客观上完成了儒、道、法三者思想的相互渗透与融合。Huainanzi is the product of the normal development of academic eclectics since pre - Qin and also the product of early Han ideological fusion. Its main ideas are the same as Confucian system which absorbs nutrition from Taoism and combines the essences of Legalism, becoming an integration of the doctrines of the philosophers of that time, objectively completing the mutual penetration and fusion of Confilcianism, Taoism and Legalism.
