肾透明细胞癌中OPN表达的意义

摘　　要：目的观察骨桥蛋白(OPN)在肾透明细胞癌(RCCC)组织中的表达情况,探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化的方法对63例RCC组织和38例正常肾组织中OPN的表达进行检测。分析其表达变化与RCCC临床分期及淋巴结转移的关系。结果RCCC组织中OPN表达阳性率为74.1%,明显高于正常肾组织的23.7%(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移者的OPN表达阳性率明显高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05),并且随着临床分期的逐级增加表达增高(P<0.05)。结论 OPN在RCCC组织中表达明显上调,并与肿瘤的进展与转移密切相关。Objective To explore the expression of osteopontin（OPN） and significance in clear cell carcinoma of kidney. Methods The expression of OPN was examined by immunohistochemistry in 63 cases of clear cell carcinoma of kidney ,38 cases of normal renal tissues. Results of OPN expression were compared in tumor clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis to make the correlation analysis. Results The positive rate of OPN expression was 74.1% in RCCC specimens, higher than that in normal renal tissues （ 23.7% ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. It was higher in clear cell carcinoma of kidney with lymphatic metastasis than without （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. With the increase of clinical stage, the expression of OPN showed heightening in corresponding （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion OPN is highly expressed in RCCC specimens and closely correlated with clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis.
