氨磷汀配合含铂方案治疗晚期肺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察氨磷汀配合含铂方案治疗晚期肺癌的疗效及对正常组织的保护作用和安全性。方法 70例晚期肺癌,随机分为两组,对照组35例,接受含铂方案化疗。治疗组35例,接受含铂方案化疗,化疗前30 min应用氨磷汀400 mg静脉滴注,15min滴完。每个周期21 d,共4个周期。化疗结束后评价疗效和毒性。结果两组有效率近似,二者无统计学意义(P>0.05)。化疗后毒副反应治疗组较对照组明显减低,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨磷汀能有效减低含铂方案治疗晚期肺癌的毒副反应,对正常组织具有保护作用,且不降低其抗癌效应。Objective To observe efficacy, protective effect of normal tissue and safety of the amifostine with platinum-based chemotherapy treatment for advanced lung cacer. Methods Seventy cases of advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group （ 35 cases） and control group （35 cases）. The control group received platinum-based chemotherapy. Chemotherapy was conducted in treatment group, with amifostine 400mg ivggt 30minutes before chemotherapy, dropping in 15 minutes, 21days per cycle ,4 cycles. The efficacy and toxicity were evaluated after cycles. Results The total efficacies of the two groups were similar. There was no difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Toxicity after chemotherapy in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. There was difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Amifostine can significantly reduce the toxicity of platinum-based chemotherapy treatment for advanced lung cancer and protect normal tissues, meanwhile,it will not reduce its anti-cancer effect.
