摘　　要：明清时期,由于各种原因,众多漕船不能按规定时间到达北京和通州粮仓,而是被冻阻在天津境内的南北运河上。对于被冻阻的漕粮,明朝或选择近仓交纳,或兑军充作月粮,或陆运入通州仓,或择地露囤,清朝经常选择囤积天津,有时也会改作它用。对于被冻阻的漕船,一般由运送漕粮的部分弁丁和运河沿岸的一些地方官兵看守,官府给予漕运弁丁口粮,或者借予银两以示体恤。In Ming and Qing dynasty, government has strict temporal stipulate about the ship that ferrying commissariat via canal for the commissariat can arrive at the destination of Beijing and Tongzhou punctually, but the ship can merely arrive at Tianjin in the frozen season by reason of much accidental circs that happen on the canal,so much ship has been frozen on the canal of Tianjin. About the commissariat, Ming dynasty choose storing the nearby barn, or issuing soldiers, or carrying to Tongzhou, or uncovered accumulating, and Qing dynasty frequently choose coemption at Tianjin, whiles remaking others. About the ship, they are guarded by the partial personnel who ferrying commissariat via canal and some local official and soldiers, for allowing for the partial personnel who ferrying commissariat via canal, government give them provision and money.
