摘　　要：本文介绍了湖南大学有机化学与实验课程建设与改革的思路和过程,我校围绕人才培养开展了精品教材与精品课程建设、师资队伍与教学方法改革,新体系在人才培养中发挥了重要作用。This paper has summarized the practical activities of the teaching reform in talent training of organic chemistry and organic experiment in Hunan University, which includes construction of excellent teaching material, quality courses, teachers and teaching method reform. The new system plays an important role in talent cultivation.
