高分子专业生产实习的现状及化解对策

摘　　要：高分子材料与工程专业的生产实习是实践教学中的一个重要环节。但近年来,受外因与内因的共同影响,实习效果一直不尽如人意。在外因无法改变的情况下,我们希望通过调整内因来弱化外因的不利方面。笔者根据调查问卷的数据和带队实习的感触,重点分析了生产实习效果欠佳的内因,并从课程、教学、教师及实践等方面提出了相应的对策。Productive practice of polymer materials and engineering Specialty is an important link of prac tical teaching. In recent years, because of internal and external causes the practical effect is disappoint ing. In the present posture of the unchangeable external causes, it is possible to weaken external cause disadvantages by adjusting the internal causes. According to the questionnaire data and the team lead practice of writers, the article has laid special stress on analyzing internal cause of the unsatisfactory effect during the productive practice. And corresponding countermeasures are exercised in the curriculum, teaching, teachers and practice to solve above problems.
