榆次区志村失地农民安置问题研究

摘　　要：伴随着城市化和工业化的发展,失地农民的人数在不断增加。采用了实地调研和询问调查相结合的方法,研究了志村城市化过程中出现的失地农民安置问题,指出政府对志村失地农民征地安置过程中存在着补偿安置方式不合理、失地农民缺乏必要的社会保障和政府缺乏对失地农民的就业培训等问题;对此提出多种安置方式合用、建立失地农民多元社会保障机制和加强失地农民就业培训等有效途径。Along with the development of urbanization and industrialization, the number of land--losing farmers increases. Based on field survey and inqury, this paper analyzed the problems in the process of urbanization in Zhicun including unreasonable resettlement, lack of the necessary social security and employment training and so on. it proposed adopting a variety of resettlement way, stenghthening emplyment training , establishing social security mechanism.
