摘　　要：[目的]探讨强化指导对减少外科护士使用简易呼吸囊存在问题的影响。[方法]选择2007年11月—2008年10月随机抽考的52名护士为对照组,采用常规培训方法对护士进行简易呼吸囊的培训;选择2008年11月—2009年10月抽考的52名护士为实验组,采用针对问题进行强化指导的培训方法进行呼吸囊的培训,比较两组护士考核时存在问题的情况。[结果]实验组护士考核存在问题低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针对存在问题进行强化指导有利于提高护士使用呼吸囊的熟练度,保证病人的抢救质量。Objective.To probe into the influence of strengthened guidance on reducing problems in surgical nurses using simple breathing capsule. Methods.A total of 52 nurses who were drawn to exam from November 2007 to October 2008 randomly were chosen as the control group, use conventional training methods were used for simple breathing capsule training for these nurses ; while 52 nurses who were drawn to exam from November 2008 to October 2009 randomly were chosen as the experimental group, and the training methods of aiming at issues for strengthened guidance were used for the guidance for the breathing capsule training , then the problems existing in nurses assessment between the two groups were compared. Results： the problems of nurses examination in the experimental group were less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion. The guidance for strengthening the existing problems will help to improve the proficiency of the nurses using the breathing capsule, and ensure the quality of rescuing patients.
