摘　　要：基因转移载体主要分为病毒和非病毒载体,研究其生物分布特点对于寻找毒性靶器官,评价生殖系转移危险具有重要参考价值。本文对不同种类基因转移载体的生物分布特点作一综述,为基因转移载体的选择、毒性评价等提供参考。Gene transfer vectors are divided into viral and non-viral vectors, of which the biodistribution is of important refer- ence significance in searching for minicity target organ and evaluating the risk of germ-line transmission. This paper reviews the char- acteristics of biodistribution of various gene transfer vectors and provides a reference for selection and minicity evaluation of gene transfer vectors.
