摘　　要：目的探讨成人原发性腹膜后肿瘤的MSCT表现，旨在提高CT诊断的准确性。方法回顾20例经手术、病理证实的成人原发性腹膜后肿瘤，结合文献，分析各类肿瘤的影像学表现。结果20例原发性腹膜后肿瘤中，恶性肿瘤11例，包括脂肪肉瘤3例，纤维肉瘤2例，甲滑肌肉瘤1例，尤文氏肉瘤1例，恶性淋巴瘤4例；良性肿瘤9例，包括神经鞘瘤4例，神经节瘤1例，畸胎瘤2例，间叶瘤1例，囊性间皮瘤1例。结论MSCT能显示腹膜后肿瘤的部分特征表现，是其重要的影像学检查办法。Objective To study MSCT features of retroperitoneal tumors in adult,so that to improve the diagnostic accuracy of these tumors. Methods MSCT characteristics of primary retroperitoneal tumors in 20 adults confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 20 cases of primary retroperitoneal tumors, 11 cases were malignant tumors, inclu ding 3 cases of liposarcoma,2 cases of fihrosarcoma,1 case of leiomyosarcoma and 1 case of Ewing＇s sarcoma and 4 cases of malig-nant lyrnphoma,and 9 cases were benign tumors including 4 cases of neurilemmoma, 1 case of ganglioneuroma, 2 cases of teratoma, case of mesenchyrnoma and 1 ease of cystic mesothelioma. Conclusion MSCT is able to show partial characteristic features of pri mary retroperitoneal tumors, it is one of the important radiological methods for the diagnosis of these tumors.
