摘  要:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法定量分析了细菌纤维素培养过程中椰子水培养基中的各糖含量变化,建立了椰子水培养基中N-乙酰-D-葡萄糖胺(GlcNAc)含量的检测方法.结果显示,该方法操作方便且分辨率高,在整个培养过程中,总糖含量急剧减小,其中葡萄糖消耗最快,果糖次之,但GlcNAc含量缓慢减少后其含量则逐渐增加.In our report, high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) was used to determine the sugar content in the coconut-water culture medium and their amount changing during the culture process of bacterial cellulose, and the method by which N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) was detected was set up. The results indicated that this method was easy to apply and was of high sensitivity. During the whole culture process, the total sugar content decreased rapidly, among which glucose consumption was the fastest, fructose consumption was lower than glucose, and GlcNAc levels decreased gradually after the slow increase.
