Scenic Spot Sustainability Assessment Based on Ecological Footprint ——A Case Study of Nan Lihu in Hainan

摘  要:考虑贸易和运输转移等因素,首次对景区不可转移生态足迹进行预测,通过不可转移生态足迹和景区生态承载力的动态对比,反映了景区现在和未来可持续发展的状况.对海南南丽湖风景名胜区进行了实证研究,结果表明:南丽湖风景名胜区2009,2015,2020年的生态承载力分别为:12 645.2 hm2,11 227.8 hm2,11 227.8 hm2;不可转移生态足迹分别为:5 057.36 hm2,14 054.38 hm2,18 355.42 hm2;2009年生态承载力仍能支撑规划中实施的旅游规模和居民生活消耗,生态盈余7 587.84 hm2;2015年、2020年不可转移生态足迹超出了生态承载力,生态赤字分别为2 826.58 hm2,7 127.62 hm2,表明南丽湖风景名胜区2015年、2020年将处于不可持续的发展状况.In our report, the factors like trading and transferring transportation were taken into account, and the nontransferable ecological footprints were forecasted for the first time; based on the dynamic comparison between nontransferable ecological footprints and biocapacity in scenic regions, the sustainable development situation were reflected. The results of calculating and predicting of the nontransferable ecological footprints and biocapacity in Hainan Nan Lihu Scenic Spot suggested that the ecological footprint and biocapacity in Hainan Nan Lihu Scenic Spot in 2009, 2015 and 2020 was 5 057.36 hm2, 14 054.38 hm2 and 18 355.42 hm^2, respectively; 12 645.2 hm^2, 11 227.8 hm^2, 11 227.8 hm^2, respectively, which indicated that the biocapacity in 2009 can still afford the planning scale journey and local residents' consumption, and ecological surplus is 7 587.84 hm^2; however, the nontransferable ecological footprints exceed the biocapacity and ecological deficits are 2 826.58 hm^2 and 7 127.62 hm^2, respectively, in 2015 and 2020, which indicated that the development situation in 2015 and 2020 in this scenic region are non-sustainable.
