人文教育专业复合型应用性人才培养的探索与思考——以怀化学院人文教育专业的教学改革为例

摘　　要：复合型应用性人才的培养适应了我国改革开放程度不断提高前提下市场对人才的新需求,但也是高校人才培养的一个难点。结合怀化学院人文教育专业教学改革的实践,阐述了人文教育专业复合型应用性人才培养的改革举措,分析了人文教育专业复合型应用性人才培养所面临的主要困难和问题,提出了进一步推进人文教育专业复合型应用性人才培养工作的着力点。By adapting to China＇s reform and opening-up,the training of interdisciplinary talents has been put on the agenda,yet it is a tough job to put this training into practice on campus.Based on the practice in teaching reform of the Humanistic Education Specialty in Huaihua University,the authors of this paper expound the reforming acts in education,analyze its main difficulties and questions and put forward some proposals in training the compound application-typed talents.
