民族地区新建本科院校开展创业素质教育战略理念初探——以西昌学院为例

摘　　要：随着我国经济结构战略性调整步伐的加快,大学毕业生就业市场和渠道在不断拓宽,要求高等院校扩大人才素质内涵,调整人才培养的目标,开展创业素质教育以适应人才市场的变化。西昌学院是一所典型的民族地区新建本科院校,担负着主要为凉山彝族自治州培养人才的战略重任。本文分析了西昌学院开展创业素质教育的优势和存在的一些问题,提出了实施创业素质教育的一些战略理念,旨在探索出一条适合民族地区新建本科院校创业素质教育之路。With the advances made in the strategic restructuring of the econonmy,college gruduates job markets and employment ways have been constantly broadened,which requires colleges to expand the quality connotation of a talented person,to adjust the goal of personnel training and to carry out competence-oriented education to adapt the change in human resource markets.Xichang College is a typical newly-built undergraduate college in ethnic regions,and it takes on a prominent tast of personnel training for the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture.This article analyzes the advantages and problems existed in competence-oriented education in Xichang College.Meanwhile,it puts forward some strategic concept on carrying out competence-oriented education,whose goal is to explore a suitable way for a newly-built undergraduate college competence-oriented education in the ethnic regions.
