摘　　要：随着高教改革的纵深发展,对高校干部队伍素质日益提出了更高的要求。理论学习是提高素质的重要条件,干部队伍理论学习的探索成为了当前高校干部队伍建设一个现实的课题。本文立足于提高高校干部素质,论证了理论学习对提高高校干部队伍素质的重要性和现实性,探讨了高校干部加强理论学习操作性问题,并提出了一些有益的建设和举措。With the development of higher education reform,the quality of College cadre team has put forward higher requirements.Theory of learning is the important conditions to improve the quality,Cadre theory study current cadre team construction in universities has become a realistic subject.This article is based on improving the quality of cadres,argumentation theory study to improve the quality of cadres in Colleges and universities the importance and reality,explores the university cadre to strengthen theoretical study operational problems,and put forward some constructive thoughts and actions.
