基于CART二叉决策树的电信业客户流失的模型构建与控制

摘　　要：分析了决策树在电信业客户流失分析中的重要应用,建立了基于CART算法的二叉决策树构造的电信业客户流失分析模型,研究如何使用二叉决策树的构造方法来克服客户流失分析中数据碎片的产生,使用spss clementin数据挖掘平台构造挖掘模型并且使用实时的数据出现概率来进行模型的优化控制。实验与仿真证明,该模型的准确率较高,效果显著。Analysis of the decision tree in the telecommunications industry,churn analysis,the establishment of the telecommunications industry,customer churn analysis based on binary decision tree structure of the CART algorithm model to study how the structure of the binary decision tree method to overcome the loss of customers fragmentation of data,using the SPSS platform architecture Clementine data mining model and the probability of real-time data to the model of optimal control.The higher the accuracy of the experimental and simulation results show this model,the effect is remarkable
