胃炎宁治疗慢性胃炎60例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃炎宁治疗慢性胃炎之临床疗效。方法:将来我院就诊之慢性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例,治疗组给予胃炎宁胶囊口服,每次6粒,3次/d,对照组给予德诺口服,主要成份为次胶体枸橼酸铋,每日早餐前半小时及晚餐前半小时各服2片,或每日4次于三餐前半小时及睡前半小时各服1片。并据情况不同给予克拉霉素250ml/次或替硝唑0.5g/次,各2次/d,15d为1疗程,3～5个疗程后观察结果。结果:对照组痊愈2例(痊愈率3.33%),好转51例(好转率85%),总有效率88.33%;治疗组痊愈8例(痊愈率13.33%),好转52例(好转率86.67%),总有效率100%。统计学证实治疗组在痊愈率、总有效率等方面均明显优于对照组。结论:胃炎宁可有效治疗慢性胃炎,且未见明显不良反应。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wei Yan Ning on treating chronic gastritis. Methods： In the future, patients from our hospital with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group , the treatment group wer given Wei Yan Ning oral, every times 6 Li, three times a day, the control group was given the Watergate oral, The main ingredients for the sub-colloidal bismuth citrate, half an hour before breakfast and dinner daily, taking two pills,or daily four inferior to three meals a day half an hour before and half an hour before going to bed, taking one pill. Given clarithromycin 250ml each or tinidazole 0.5geach, and according to different circumstances, each daily, 15 days as a course, to observe the results after 3 to 5 courses. Results： There were two cases cured （cure rate of 3.33%）, improved in 51 cases （improvement rate of 85%）, the total efficiency was 88.33%; treatment group recovered eight cases （cure rate of 13.33%） of the cure rate, improved in 52 cases （improvement rate of 86.67%）, the total efficiency was 100%. Statistically confirmed that the treatment group was better than the control group in the cure rate, the total efficiency. Conclusion： Wei Yan Ning can treat chronic gastritis effectively, and have no significant adverse reactions.
