我校培养农村小学英语教师模式探析

摘  要:昭通市农村小学英语师资短缺,一师多用现象较为普遍,我校的单科人才培养模式已不再适应地方经济发展的需求。结合地方实际,让我校非英语专业的学生在主修自己专业的同时辅修英语,培养一专多能的适应社会需求的复合型人才,这不仅是解决我市农村小学英语师资短缺的一种有效途径,也是提高学生就业竟争力的一种有效方法。Because of the shortage of English teachers in primary schools of rural areas in our city, the phenomenon of the teacher who teaches several subjects is very common and the fostering pattern of single discipline in our school can not adapt itself to the development needs of the local economy any more. In terms of the actual situation in our city, letting non-English majors minor in English and making them become compound talents that can meet the needs of society is not only an effective way to solve the shortage problem of English teachers, but also an effective way to improve the students' competitive ability for employment.
