摘　　要：从竞合角度引入博弈模型,对对称企业和非对称企业进行了竞合策略博弈分析,得出了炼油企业竞合行为的选择条件,并据此对炼油行业展开改革措施给出了推动竞争合作的建议.Game model was employed from perspective of the co-opetition to study on the competition and cooperation strategies between symmetric and asymmetric enterprises,and then selection criteria about the competition and cooperation behavior was concluded. Finally proposal was given for promoting competition and cooperation in the oil refining industry to expand the reform measures.
