摘 要:以穿深为设计指标,应用正交试验方法以确定聚能射孔弹各结构因素对穿深的影响。选择7个对穿深有影响的参数,用L8(27)正交试验表设计了7因素2水平的正交试验方案。利用LS-DYNA3D对全部情况进行了模拟计算。利用极差法对数值计算结果进行分析,分析得出各因素对射孔弹穿深的影响程度,炸高(G)对穿深的影响最大,为首要因素;罩锥角(A)、药型罩壁厚(B)对穿深的影响很大,次之;装药顶厚(F)及药型罩母线长(C)对穿深的影响较大,再次之;壳体大锥角(E)大于罩顶弧度(D)的影响;得出了A1B1C2D1E1F2G2为最优方案。对优化方案组打靶验证,其穿深数据满足设计指标,可综合应用正交试验设计和数值计算进行射孔弹设计。The orthogonal design method with perforation penetration as the design index is used to confirm the influence of various structural factors on perforation penetration. Selected are sev-en parameters affecting penetration, the 7-factor and 2-level orthogonal experiment plan is ob-tained from L8 (2^7) orthogonal experiment table. Then all designations are simulated by LS-DY-NA3D code. Analyzed are data simulating results with range method and obtained is the effect degree of various factors on penetration of shaped charge. The standoff is the first and most im-portant affecting factor on the penetration. The second important influential factors are the cone angle and wall thickness of shaped charge liner. Top explosive charge thickness and the length of shaped charge liner are the third factor. The bigger angle of steel shell is the fourth, which is much more influence than the radian of top shaped charge liner. So, optimized scheme is ob- tained, which is A1BIC2D1E1F2G2. Then we verified the optimum combined scheme by blasting experiments. The results of penetration meet the design requirements. So, the orthogonal experi-mental design and numerical simulation calculation can be applied synthetically to shaped charges design.
