当代灾疫治理的生境伦理考察

摘　　要：频频爆发、首尾相连的当代灾疫,已成为世界性难题。解决这一世界性难题的治本之道,就是面对灾疫而重建生境。重建生境的最终目标,是构建生境化生态文明社会。重建生境必须面对地球失律的整体境遇而具备全球视野,并以"人与天调"、"持续再生"、"群己权界"为根本伦理原则,重建生境伦理价值体系、伦理生态体系和伦理存在方式,然后以此为导向,开辟可持续生存式发展和简朴生活的当代道路。惟有如此,才可真正破除惟经济增长神话,节制生产;抑制掠夺野性,恢复自然本性,让地球恢复健壮生育能力,让日月之行重获四季分明,让空气无污染,大地绿荫,生物保持多样性。The frequent contemporary disaster epidemic has become a worldwide problem. The basic ways to solve this global problem is to rebuild habitat in facing of disaster epidemic. The ultimate goal of rebuilding habitat is to build the habitats of ecological civilization. In reconstructing the environment, we must face the harmonious form of the Earth and have a global perspective. We should take the principle of ＂harmony between human and na- ture＂, ＂sustained regeneration＂, ＂group has the right to community＂ as the fundamental ethical principle, recon- struct the habitat ethical value system, ethical eco - system and ethical way of being, and then open up a sustainable living development and the simple life in the contemporary road. Only in this way, can we really get rid of the myth of only economic growth and control the production;restrain the wildness of predatory, restore the nature of the Earth, so that the seasons would be distinct again, the air would not be polluted, the earth would be shaded in green, and the biology would maintain diversity.
