书法教育在高校校园文化建设中的作用

摘　　要：书法是中华民族特有的传统艺术,有着悠久的历史和群众基础,具有丰富的文化内涵和高远的精神境界。古往今来的教育实践表明,书法艺术教育对于陶冶学生情操、磨炼学生意志、培养学生审美情趣、提高学生能力素质、促进学生全面发展有着极其重要的作用。书法教育是素质教育的重要实现形式之一,在高校校园文化建设中起着重要作用。Calligraphy is a traditional art unique to Chinese nation, with a long history and a mass basis. It also carries rich cul tural and spiritual connotations. The education practices of the past and present suggest that calligraphy education plays a sig nii.icant role in edii＇ying students＇ sentiment, chastening students＇ volition, cultivating students＇ aesthetic taste, improving students＇ abilities and qualities, and fostering students＇ all-round development. Calligraphy education is one of the important approaches to quality education and is of paramount importance to campus culture construction .
