摘　　要：目的:了解大学生对性传播疾病知识了解程度特别是传播途径与预防知识。方法:通过授课方法分次对503名大学生进行问卷调查和考试测试。结果:大学生对性传播疾病知识了解逐年提高,对性与性传播疾病认识观念发生改变。结论:选修课性传播疾病对当代大学生是很有必要的,是预防性传播疾病流行重要举措。Objectives： To learn how much university students know about sexually transmitted diseases, especially their knowledge of how such diseases are disseminated and how to take precautions against them. Methods： By lec- tures, examinations and questionnaires among a total of 503 university students. Results： University students＇ knowl- edge of sexually transmitted diseases is increasing from year to year, and their consciousness and awareness of sex and sexually transmitted diseases are changing. Conclusions： Sexually Transmitted Diseases as an elective course has its ne- cessity for university students and it is surely an effective measure to be taken in preventing sexually transmitted dis- eases from spreading.
