M2型丙酮酸激酶在消化道肿瘤诊治中的价值

摘　　要：丙酮酸激酶是糖酵解的关键酶,研究发现丙酮酸激酶的同工酶M2PK与多种肿瘤的发生有密切的关系,在肿瘤细胞的代谢中发挥了重要的作用。M2PK在胃肠道肿瘤患者血清中具有较高的浓度,可在其组织中高表达,通过对其在消化道肿瘤中的检测,有益于消化道肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗,对患者预后的判断有较高的价值。Pyruvate kinase is a key enzyme in glycolysis. Researches show that the pyruvate kinase type M2 （M2PK）, a isozyme of pyruvate kinase, it has a close relationship with the oc- currence of many tumors and played an important role in the metabolism of tumor cells. Many studies also show that M2PK is in high concentration in the serum of patients with gastroin- testinal tumor and in high expression in their tissue of samples of patients with gastrointestinal tumor. We can benefit in early diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal tumor by detecting M2PK, it also can help us to judge the prognosis of patients with gastrointestinal tumor.
