摘  要:空基多平台系统作战性能评估是雷达组网技术领域的一个重要部分。文章结合灰色层次评估理论与数据归一化理论的特点,提出一种新的灰色层次评估方法,用于对空基多平台系统的作战性能进行评估;建立完整的空基多平台系统作战性能评价指标体系,并给出各指标的定义和计算公式;给出改进的灰色层次分析模型,为提高算法的实时性,改进后的模型以指标归一化样本矩阵代替传统的专家打分样本矩阵;以某空基多平台对抗系统为例,进行评估仿真,结果证明改进后的灰色层次评估方法具有满意的可靠性和准确性。The evaluation of EW (electronic warfare) capability in multiple airborne platform system is an impor- tant part in the airborne radar networking field. Sections 1 and 2 of the full paper explain the method of evaluation mentioned in the title, which we believe is effective and whose core consists of: "Combining grey hierarchy evalua- tion theory and data normalization theory, we introduce a new grey hierarchy evaluation method, used for evaluating of EW performance in multiple airborne platform system, establish the complete performance evaluation index sys- tem EW performance in multiple airborne platforms system, and give the definition and calculation formula of each index; we give the modified grey analytic hierarchy model; in order to improve the real-time of the algorithm, we substitute index normalized sample matrix for traditional expert scoring sample matrix in model. " Taking a certain multiple airborne platform EW system as example, we carry out simulations; the simulation results, given in sub- section 3.4, show preliminarily that the improved grey hierarchy evaluation method gives indeed satisfactory accura- cy and dependability.
