摘  要:目的:对藏药"佐太"炼制的配方原料———"能持八金"灰的化学成分和微观结构进行分析,以探明佐太炼制物质基础。方法:采用扫描电镜-X射线能谱(SEM-EDX)和X-射线衍射(XRD)分别对能持八金(金、银、青铜、红铜、黄铜、铁、锡、铅)灰的元素成分、结构组成及微观形态进行分析测定。结果:扫描电镜-能谱分析发现,八金灰中除了八金本身所含主要元素外,还含有大量的硫、氧、碳及一定量的其他元素。XRD结构分析发现,金灰中存在AuPb2,PbO(正方晶型和斜方晶型),Pb单质等,银灰中存在Ag2S和PbO等,青铜灰中存在Cu1.98(Zn0.73Fe0.29)Sn0.99S4,CuS,SiO2,NaCu2S2及Ca(Fe+2,Mg)(CO3)2等,红铜灰中存在Cu7S4(斜方晶型和单斜晶型),CuO等,黄铜灰中存在Cu7S4,PbS,ZnS,CaCO3,NaCu2S2等,铁灰中存在FeS,Fe+2Fe2+3O4及SiO2等,锡灰中存在SnS及SiO2等,铅灰中存在PbS,PbSO4,SnS2等物相。结论:通过扫描电镜-能谱分析和X-射线衍射分析,获得了八金灰的元素成分和微观结构组成的基础数据,为探讨佐太炼制的物质基础提供了有力的科学数据支持。Objective: To investigate the chemical components and microstructure of Nengchi Bajin ashes which are adjuvant material in the refining of Tibetan medicine gTSo thai, in order to explore the material basis of the refining of gTSo thai. Method: Scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive spectrometer (SEM-EDX) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to measure the Nengchi Bajin ashes. Result: SEM-EDX analysis show that except of themselves elements of Nengchi Bajin ashes, Nengchi Bajin ashes contain the major elements, such as S, O, C and so on, also contain small amount other elements. XRD analysis show that the struc- tures are AuPb2, PbO (tetragonal and orthorhombic) and Pb in gold ash, Ag2 S and PbO in silver ash, Cu1.98 (Zn0.73 Feo0.29 )Sn0.99S4, CuS, SiO2, NaCu2S2 and Ca( Fe+2, Mg) (CO3 )2in bronze ash, Cu7S4 (orthorhombic and monoclinic) and CuO in red copper ash, Cu7S4, PbS, ZnS, CaCO3and NaCu2S2 in brass ash, FeS, Fe+2Fe2+3O4 and SiO2 in iron ash, SnS and SiO2 tin ash, PbS, PbSO4and SnS2in lead ash. Conclusion: We have acquired the datum of elements and microstructure of Nengchi Bajin ashes by SEM-EDX and XRD techniques, and that is benefit to explore the material basis of refining gTSo thai.
