摘　　要：基于面向对象的思想,采用建模语言进行系统的分析设计,针对档案管理过程中一些业务实施系统设计及需求分析,根据系统和用户的具体要求,通过C/S及B/S 2种结构方式,采用多层次的软件功能架构,利用XML语言配置、DAO以及Hibernate等技术,完成了档案管理过程中的档案立卷、移交、审核等各种功能。系统还提供了对外查询服务的查询接口,实现了对系统外部的数据共享信息服务。Based on object-oriented thinking, the use of modeling language for system analysis and design, the process for records management system design and implementation of a number of business requirements analysis, according to the system and the user＇s specific requirements, through C/S and B/S two structures approach, using multi-level software functional architecture, using XML language configuration, DAO, and Hibernate and other technologies to complete the process of file management file filing, transfer, audit and other functions. System also provides the query interface of external inquiry service, the realization of the data outside the system to share information services.
