摘 要:目的建立眼明熏洗液中阿魏酸的高效液相色谱(HPLC)含量测定方法。方法样品用70%甲醇超声提取,过滤,取续滤液,采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法直接测定。用Symmetry shield C18(3.9mm×150mm,5μm)分析柱,柱温:25℃;流动相:甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(35∶65);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:321nm;进样量10μL。结果阿魏酸在7.434~37.170μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9(n=5),平均回收率为99.91%,RSD=1.19%(n=6)。结论 HPLC法测定眼明熏洗液中阿魏酸的含量,操作简单,重复性好,精密度高。Objective To establish high pressure/performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of ferulic acid in Yanmingxunxi lotion. Methods The sample was extracted with 70% meth anol through ultrasonic bath and then filtered. The determination was performed by reversed-phase high- performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) on Symmetry shield C18 column (3. 9 mm ×150mn,5μm), as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min a mixture of methanol-1% ethanoic acid (35: 65) with column temperature of 25 ℃. The dectection wavelength was setat 321 nm.
