度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症的研究

摘　　要：目的观察度洛西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效与不良反应。方法对54例符合ICD-10诊断标准的广泛性焦虑症门诊患者,分别给予度洛西汀(度洛西汀组,26例)和帕罗西汀(帕罗西汀组,28例)进行治疗,疗程6w。采用Hamilton焦虑量表(HAMA)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评定疗效,于治疗前及第2、4、6w末进行评分,并于6w末用HAMA、SAS评价临床疗效;用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应,并作相关实验室检查。结果度洛西汀和帕罗西汀对广泛性焦虑症均有显著疗效,度洛西汀组显效率为73.1%,总有效率为88.5%;帕罗西汀组显效率为67.9%,总有效率为85.7%,两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组在治疗第6w末SAS、HA-MA评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论度洛西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症安全有效,起效快,毒副反应轻微。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of duloxetine in treating general ized anxiety disorder. Methods Fifty-four clinic patients met the ICD-IO diagnostic criteria for generalized anxiety disorder were given duloxetine （26 cases） and paroxetine （28 cases） respectively for 6 weeks. Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA）, self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） were used to evaluate the efficacy at pre-treatment and the end of the 2nd weeks, the 4th weeks and the 6th weeks. At the end of the 6th weeks, assessed the adverse reactions with side effects scale （TESS）, and did the relevant laboratory tests. Results Both duloxetine and paroxetine had a significant effect for generalized anxiety disorder, the effectual rate of duloxetine group was 73.1%, total effective rate was 88.50%the effectual rate of paroxe- tine group was 67.9%, total effective rate was 85.7%. There was no significant difference between thetwo groups （P 〉0.05）. At the end of 6th weeks, SAS, HAMA scores of both gropus were lower than be- fore treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Duloxetine is safe and effective, faster effects taking and mi- nor side effects in treating generalized anxiety disorder.
