乳腺癌症患者大五人格与幸福感指数关系

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌症患者人格特征与幸福感之间的关系,为提高乳腺癌症患者生存质量提供依据。方法选取2011年4—10月在黑龙江省哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院确诊的180例乳腺癌症患者和180名健康女性进行调查,使用大五人格量表和幸福感指数量表评价乳腺癌症患者的人格特征和幸福感指数。结果乳腺癌症患者大五人格中适应性、道德感得分为(46.52±12.31)、(56.51±6.67)分,高于对照组的(42.70±10.76)、(44.72±8.53)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);社交性、开放性得分为(54.78±9.31)、(43.49±11.22)分,低于对照组的(62.24±9.28)、(60.08±11.76)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳腺癌症患者的幸福感指数为(9.35±2.47)分,低于对照组的(12.82±1.46)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳腺癌症患者大五人格中开放性、利他性与幸福感指数呈正相关关系(r=0.232,P<0.05;r=0.256,P<0.05)。结论人格特征是影响乳腺癌症患者幸福感的因素之一。Objective To explore the relationship between personality traits and well-being among breast cancer patients and to provide basis to improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 180 breast cancer patients and 180 healthy female cotrols were selected at Affiliated Tumor Hospital and Physical Examination Center of Harbin Medical University in October 2011 for a questionnaire survey with Big Five Personality Inventory and a happiness index scale to evaluate the personality characteristics and the happiness index of the subjects.Results The Big Five personality scores of adaptability and sense of morality of the cancer patients were 46.52 ± 12.31 and 56.51 ± 6.67 and significantly higher than those of the controls（42.70±10.76 and 44.72±8.53;P0.05）;the scores of sociability,openness of the patients were 54.78±9.31,43.49±11.22 and obviously lower than those of the controls（62.24±9.28,60.08±11.76;P0.05）.Breast cancer patients had a happiness index score of 9.35±2.47,significantly lower than that of the controls（12.82±1.46;P0.05）.Openness,altruism and happiness index were positively correlated among breast cancer patients（r=0.232,P0.05;r=0.256,P0.05）.Conclusion Personality traits is one of the factors that affect the well-being of breast cancer patients.
