摘　　要：研究生教育与国家创新体系之间相互促进、共同发展的经验已为各国认同。纵观当代发达国家,无不从抓研究生教育入手,不断促进国家创新体系建设,实现二者有机统一,进而达到促使本国综合国力全面提升的目的。通过借鉴美、法、日三国研究生教育促进国家创新体系建设的经验,从而为我国实现国家创新体系的跨越式发展提供参考。The experiences of postgraduate education and national innovation system in promoting each other and developing commonly are international consensus. All developed countries promote the construction of national innovation system constantly from the postgraduate education, They realize their organic unification, and try to improve the comprehensive national strength overall. Through American, French and Japanese experiences of postgraduate education in promoting the national innovation system construction, the paper provides reference for our national innovation system for the great - leap - forward development.
