摘　　要：通过对海南民族地区师生关系的调查,发现学生对教师的专业程度和师德水平都有较高的期待与要求。优化师生的情感关系对学生的全面发展和建设和谐校园具有重要意义。Through an investigation on the teacher-student relationship in ethnic areas in Hainan Province, we found that students had higher expectations and requirements in professional and moral standards. The paper, thus, suggests that it is quite significant for students＇ overall development and campus harmony through optimizing the teacher-student emotional relationship.
