高危型人乳头瘤病毒及NDRG1在宫颈鳞癌中的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)及N-myc下游调节基因(NDRG1)在宫颈鳞癌发生、发展中的意义。方法收集2008年9月～2011年9月期间宫颈鳞癌及癌旁正常对照标本各82例,分别采用原位杂交法和免疫组织化学法检测标本中HPV16/18和NDRG1的表达情况。结果在宫颈鳞癌中HPV16/18和NDRG1的表达阳性率均明显高于癌旁正常组织(P均﹤0.05)。宫颈鳞癌组织中HPV16/18的表达与患者年龄、FIGO分期、肿瘤大小及淋巴结转移无关(P均﹥0.05);NDRG1的表达与FIGO分期、淋巴结转移密切相关(P均﹤0.05),而与患者年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P均﹥0.05)。结论 HPV16/18和NDRG1在宫颈鳞癌中的表达阳性率明显增高,证实高危HPV和NDRG1参与了宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展。OBJECTIVE To discuss the expression of high risk HPV and N-myc downstream regulated gene 1（NDRG1）in cervical squamous cancer,and their significances in genesis and development of cervical squamous cancer.METHODS From September 2008 to September 2011,82 cases of cervical squamous cancer samples and their normal cervical tissues samples were collected in this study.The HPV16/18 and NDRG1 were detected by situ hybridization method and immunohistochemistry method,respectively.RESULTS The positive rates of HPV16/18 and NDRG1 in cervical squamous cancer were significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissues（all P﹤0.05）.Of 82 cases with cervical squamous cancer,the expression of HPV16/18 was not significantly associated with age,FIGO stage,tumor size and lymphoid node metastasis（all P﹥0.05）;the expression of NDRG1 was significantly associated with FIGO stage and lymphoid node metastasis（all P﹤0.05）but showed no significant relationship with age and tumor size（all P﹥0.05）.CONCLUSION The expression of high risk HPV16/18 and NDRG1 in cervical squamous cancer is significantly increased,confirming that they play important roles in genesis and development of cervical squamous cancer.
