试论《伤寒论》太阳经本证汗法汤方几个应用特点

摘　　要：通过对《伤寒论》中太阳经本证汗法各汤方使用中几个方面的列表分析,注意到汤方有以下应用特点:灵活应用外加啜粥、覆法温热以助汗出;从把握药液的煎煮量来保证主药提取浓度;日服药次数多为一日3次,符合现代药代动力学原理;对各味药进行必要的修制、炮制达到更理想药物作用;共16味药,加减组成14个主要汤方,分别治疗不同的病症;对麻黄的使用符合现代药学研究结果等。浮浅领会汗法汤方使用内涵,启发我们对经方的科学研究,从这些经验中汲取丰富的知识营养。By a list of several aspects analysis on the use of decoctions of the sweating method of greater yang meridian syndrome on Cold Damage, we have noticed these decoctions have the following characteristics ： flexible application plus porriage to help sweating ; to ensure the extractive concentration of the main Chinese herbal medicine by grasping the boiling volume;daily medication often has three times a day, in line with the principle of modern pharmaeokinetics ; necessary process for optimal drug effect ; a total of sixteen herbs and fourteen main prescriptions respectively for various diseases ; the use of Huangqi in line with modern pharmaceutical research results. We have superficially grasped the sweating method of greater yang meridian syndrome, inspired by the side of scientific research, and learned from these experience to obtain a wealth of knowledge.
