摘　　要：如何有效优化城市交通,解决二线城市交通基础相对薄弱的问题,构建高效的城市交通诱导系统,目前正处于理论探索和实践尝试阶段。结合公安智能交通诱导系统建设项目,介绍了各种信息源的特点、如何从多种数据源中获取交通状态以及如何发布交通状态信息进行交通诱导的方法,最后说明了基于多种信息源的城市交通诱导系统的设计思路以及功能。该系统目前已在部分城市中得到良好的应用效果。To improve traffic conditions by means of well designed urban traffic guidance system in second tier cities where traf- fic infrastructures are relatively weak is a newly suggested concept which needs studying. This paper introduces, taking the Po- lice Intelligent Traffic Guidance System as the example, the characteristics of information sources and the methods to get traffic situation information from them and to distribute of traffic guidance information. The system design and the functions of multi information source-based urban traffic guidance systems are described. The system has been operating successfully in several cities.
