摘　　要：陈柱(柱尊,1889-1944)是民国享誉一时的广西籍国学大家,他一生共有十个子女,均在各自领域里卓尔不群。原因有诸多方面,根因在"萝村陈"的家族文化精神铸造了陈柱一门的辉煌。诗礼传家,书画兼资,孝慈齐家,学以致用,既是"萝村陈"家族文化的基本内涵,也是陈柱及子女立足社会的精神支柱。从本质上说,这些又是中国传统文化的真义,对今天建设文化新广西仍有借镜作用。Chen Zhu（1889-1944）, an ever well known Chinese classical scholar in Minguo Period, had ten kids all his life, and all of them are regarded as distinguished figures in their research fields respectively. There could be many reasons accounting for their excellence. The most basic one perhaps is because of their distinct family culture. Wo^hip of Confucian classics and ethics; emphasis on painting and calligraphy; kindness and filiality; practice what one has learned, these are not only the basic cultural connotation of ＂Luocun Chen＂ , but also serve as the soul pillar for Chen Zhu and his kids. In essence, it is the true meaning of the Chinese traditional culture and it still can be a reference for the building of a new culture in today＇s Guangxi.
