活血化瘀养阴方联合FOLFOX4化疗方案治疗中晚期胃癌30例

摘　　要：目的观察活血化瘀养阴方联合FOLFOX4方案治疗中晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法将60例中晚期(III-IV期)胃癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各30例),对照组采用FOLFOX4化疗方案,治疗组在对照组化疗方案的基础上加用活血化瘀养阴方;两组均以14天为1个治疗周期,连用4个周期后评价近期临床疗效及中医证候疗效,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为46.7%,疾病控制率为83.3%;对照组分别为43.3%和86.7%;组间近期临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组中医证候有效率为83.3%,对照组为60.0%;组间中医证候疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组分别有5例、7例患者出现不良反应,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论活血化瘀养阴方联合FOLFOX4方案治疗中晚期胃癌,在改善患者临床症状方面优于单纯化疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Huoxue Huayu Yangyin Decoction＂ and FOLFOX4 chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods Sixty cases were randomized into two groups ： control group in which 30 cases were treated by FOLFOX 4 chemotherapy regimen, and treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by combination of FOLFOX4 chemotherapy regimen and ＂Huoxue Huayu Yangyin Decoction＂ ; 14 days as a course, the clinieal efficacy and the curative effect of TCM symptoms were evaluated after 4 courses, and the adverse effect was observed. Results In the treatment group, the overall effective rate was 46.7% and the disease control rate was 83.3 % ; in the control group, the overall effective rate was 43.3% and the disease control rate was 86.0% ; there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. The TCM effective rate was 83.3% in the treatment group and 60.0% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05 ）. Five cases in the treatment group and 7 cases in the control group showed adverse reactions respectively, Without significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Treatment of advanced gastric cancer by combination of ＂Huoxue Huayu Yangyin Decoction＂ and FOLFOX4 chemotherapy is better than by chemotherapy only in improving the clinical symptoms.
