摘　　要：应用型本科院校的文化评价不仅可以考核其文化建设的成效，对文化建设及活动作出定量定性分析和价值判断，而且有利于确定其文化建设改进与提高的方向，指导文化建设健康发展。基于此，应用型本科院校的文化评价，在既定的评价原则指导下，构建科学、合理的评价指标体系和评价实施机制，以作出公平、恰当的评价结论。We can apply the evaluation on culture of practical undergraduate colleges to as- sess the effects of their cultural construction, analyze and estimate the cultural construction ac- tivities. Furthermore, it will improve and direct them to healthy cultural construction. Based on this, the evaluation on cultures of practical undergraduate colleges will establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation and index system to make proper conclusion under the direction of prede- termined rules.
