摘 要:蝇蛆具有丰富营养成分、完美营养配比和独特抗菌物质,其工厂化养殖为生产动物蛋白和减少抗生素使用开辟了一条新途径。文章从蝇蛆蛋白营养成分分析、蝇蛆蛋白在动物养殖中的应用及其对动物免疫机能的改善作用等方面进行综述,发现当前蝇蛆营养成分的研究仅限于蛋白成分,饲喂蝇蛆原料也仅限于麦麸和猪粪,应用性研究局限于对添加蝇蛆蛋白的利用率、效价、抗病性比较及改善动物肉、蛋品质等。建议扩大生产用种蝇选育及其生物安全性研究的范围,加强养蝇基料选取及无害化处理技术研究,比较不同饲料喂养蝇蛆及不同蝇蛆关键营养成分的差异性,加强蝇蛆免疫价值、高产养殖技术、规模化提取及纯化工艺研究,为畜禽养殖业,乃至食品、药品生产提供广泛的原料来源。Maggot has rich nutrient component, perfect nutrition proportions and unique antibacterial substance, In- dustrialized production of maggot opened up a new path for producing animal protein and reducing antibiotic utilization. After reviewing the research work on protein elements of maggot, its application in animal breeding and role in improving animal immunity in literature, it has been observed that the researches only focused on protein element, and material in wheat bran and pig manure, utilization rate, titer, disease resistance and improving quality of animal meat and eggs. In this regard, it is suggested that for diversified raw materials used in poultry raising, food and medicine manufacturing, more emphasis should be given on maggot breeding for production purpose, biological safety research, base stock selection, hazard-free treatment technology, comparing difference of different feeds in raising maggot and key nutrient components of different maggots, strengthening immune value, high-yield raising technology, mass extraction and purification processing.
