修水县农村卫生现状及对我校医学人才培养的启示

摘　　要：医学教育必须为基层培养适宜的医学人才,社区卫生需求和卫生人员的岗位任务应是医学院校专业设置和课程改革的依据。通过对修水县基层卫生状况和医务人员岗位任务的调查,发现笔者所在学校的专业设置和人才培养模式存在一些问题,需要进行改革和探索。An investigation on health status in Xiushui County was conducted to determine the scope of professional knowledge and skills of a rural healthcare worker with the hope of innovation to medical education at Jiujiang University. The results of the investigation were quite significant and reform should be conducted to cope with increasing issues and challenges in the area of health educa- tion.
