摘　　要：α稳定分布能够很好地描述实际应用中的具有脉冲特性的随机信号和噪声。本文综述了近年来α稳定分布噪声背景下利用分数低阶统计量进行谱估计的各种方法。对各种方法的特性进行了比较分析,指出这些方法是对传统的基于二阶统计量基础上的谱估计分析方法的推广,讨论了这些方法的联系和局限性。Stable processes can model the impulsive random signals and noises in physical ob- servation. This paper reviewed spectrum estimation approaches under stable noise condition based on the fractional lower order statistics in recent years. The performances of these approaches were com- pared and analyzed. The approaches generalized the conventional spectrum estimation approach based on the second order statistics, and connections and limitations were discussed.
