摘  要:目的动态观察实验性脑出血(ICH)血肿周围组织白细胞介素8(IL-8)、细胞间黏附分子(ICAM-1)的变化及意义。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分为2组,每组又分为5个时间点。采用肝素化VII型胶原酶脑内注入法制做大鼠ICH模型,应用免疫组化技术监测大鼠ICH后血肿周围组织中IL-8、ICAM-1的动态变化。结果假手术组大鼠针道周围组织各个时间点仅见少量IL-8、ICAM-1表达。模型组各个时间点IL-8、ICAM-1表达均增加,与假手术组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICH后大鼠血肿周围组织IL-8、ICAM-1表达均上调,IL-8,ICAM-1参与了ICH的病理过程。观察IL-8、ICAM-1浓度,对判断病情有一定的帮助。Objective To observe the dynamic changes of IL - 8 and ICAM - 1 in brain of intracerebral hemorrhage in rats. Methods 60 Sprague - Dawley rats were divided into two groups and each group was divided into five time points. Collagenase type Ⅶ with heparinize was infused into the right caudate nucleus to build up rat experimental ICH model. The IL - 8 and ICAM - 1 were exam- ined by immunohistochemistry technique. Results A low level of IL - 8 and ICAM - 1 expression in brain started increased after model- ing in every point in sham operation group. The IL - 8 and ICAM - 1 expression increased after intracerebral hemorrhage in model group. Conclusion IL - 8 and ICAM - 1 may participate pathology process of the brain after ICH. It is helpful for predicting the state of an illness by observing the density of IL - 8 and ICAM - 1.
