摘 要:为了探究庄河大骨鸡GHR基因的多态性与屠宰性状相关的遗传标记。以17周龄庄河大骨鸡为试验材料,利用PCR-RFLP标记技术、最小二乘法分析了GHR基因群体遗传结构与屠宰性状的关联。结果表明:GHR基因的多态性信息含量为0.285,属于中度多态,存在3种基因型,其基因型的频率分别为:0.3575、0.3825、0.26,等位基因M和N的频率为0.54875和0.45125;MM型基因型公母鸡的活体重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胸肌重和平均日增重分别显著的高于MN型和NN型的公母鸡(P<0.05)。GHR基因的MM型对鸡的屠宰性状有显著影响。The objective of this study was to confirm the polymorphism of GHR gene in Zhuanghe Dagu Chicken, and its genetic markers affected slaughter traits. PCR-RFLP technique was used to analysize the polymorphisms of GHR, while least square method was used to analysize the correlation between the slaughter traits of the 17 weeks old Zhuanghe Dagu Chicken and specific genotypes of GHR. The results showed that GHR gene was medium polymorphisms and the polymorphism information content (PIC) in GHR gene was 0.285. GttR was consisted of three genotypes and frequencies of the three genotypes were 0.3575, 0.3825 and 0.26 irrespectively. Frequencies of Mgene and Ngene were 0.54875 and 0.45125 irrespectively. Live weight, carcass weight, semi-eviscerated weight, eviscerated weight, pectorales weight, average daily gain of chickens with MM genotype were significantly higher than those of MN and NN genotype (P〈0.05). In conclusion, MM genotype could significantly improved slaughter traits of Zhuanghe Dagu Chickens. In conclusion, MM genotype of GHR could significantly improved laying performance of Zhuanghe Dagu Chickens.
