摘 要:高等学校岗位设置与聘用管理工作是高等学校人事制度改革的重要内容。岗位设置和聘用管理中存在管理岗位人员的晋升通道不畅、工勤技能岗位的晋升聘用困难、其他专业技术岗位的定岗困难等问题。高校岗位设置与聘用应从以下几个方面入手加强管理:完善管理人员相关制度,解决好管理岗位待遇问题;出台工勤技能岗位晋升的特别办法;实行专业技术职务"评聘分开"制度;健全与岗位聘用相配套的各项规章制度;完善其他专业技术岗位的人员配备和制定。The post setting and employees' management are the important content of the reform of personnel system at universities. In such setting and management, there exist problems as somewhat blocked promotion of people at the management post, difficult promotion of those workers and difficulty in determining other technical posts. We should strengthen the management of post setting and employment from the following aspects: perfecting the relevant system of management, solving well the treatment of management post, making the special rules of worker's promotion, separating staff's conferring academic titles from their employment, improving various relevant rules and regulation of posts and perfecting the personnel fitting of other technical posts.
