剑叶三宝木和琼岛染木树抗肿瘤活性部位筛选

摘　　要：采用MTT法,考察剑叶三宝木和琼岛染木树不同溶剂萃取物,在体外对人肺腺癌细胞(A549)及人乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7)的抑制作用.结果表明剑叶三宝木的乙醇总提物和琼岛染木树的乙酸乙酯部位对人肺腺癌细胞(A549)有较好的抑制作用,其IC50值分别为31.79μ/mL、55.63μ/mL.但是两种植物的提取物对人乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7)的抑制作用不明显,剑叶三宝木的水提物部分甚至对MCF-7表现出较强的促增殖作用.The anti-tumor activities of extracts of Trigonostemon xyphophylloides and Saprosma merrillii were screened. The MTT assay was used to test the antitumor activities of the different extracts of both medicinal plants against A549 and MCF-7 in vitro. The ethanol extract of Trigonostemon xyphophylloides and ethyl acetate extract of Saprosma merrillii showed remarkable inhibitory activities against A549. Their IC50 were 31.79 μg/mL and 55.63 μg/mL respectively. The extracts of both plants didn＇t show remarkable inhibitory activities against MCF-7. The water extract of Trigonostemon xyphophylloides even showed great proliferative effects on MCF-7 cell.
