摘　　要：目的了解ICU护士的焦虑原因,并针对原因制订合理的应对措施。方法采用焦虑自评量表、自设量表对134名不同年资护士进行调查。结果 ICU护士的焦虑情绪明显高于中国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中以1～3年资护士最为明显。结论应重视ICU护士的焦虑情况,采取相应的管理措施、心理疏导,减轻ICU护士的焦虑状态。Objective To research the reasons of anxiety of nurses in ICU and supply appropriate management. Methods 134 nurses in ICU were investigated with self-rating anxiety scale and questionnaires scale. Results Nurses in ICLI were much more anxious than routine mode in China. Conclusion Managements and psychological counseling may help release anxiety state among nurses in ICU.
